Learn the Basics of Quill Art: From Strips to Shapes

Are you inspired by the intricate quill art exhibit by featured artist Nikki Besser? Try this paper art form for yourself!

Paper quilling uses thin strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and arranged to create detailed designs with texture and dimension. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the basic techniques of quilling while creating a handcrafted 5x7-inch card suitable for framing or gift giving.

All materials are provided—including a beginner kit and patterns for dozens of flowers and cute bugs—and each participant will go home with a finished quill art piece and a personal quilling kit to continue creating at home.

Instructor: Sherri Kruger-Kukowski

Seats: 16 | Ages: All Welcome (ages 12 and under supervised) | Registration: $50

Supplies: Registration includes a beginner quilling kit and patterns to continue more projects at home.
