Pause for Peace: A Restorative Sound Bath with Cass Maxwell

Join Cass from the Laughter Patch for another evening of deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of a guided sound bath. Using singing bowls and other resonant instruments, this immersive experience offers a space to settle into stillness while surrounded by calming waves of sound in RiverPlace’s acoustically engineered performance hall.

As the waves wash over you, Cass will guide you to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate a sense of peace within yourself, allowing that feeling of calm and compassion to ripple outward—a fitting intention on a day that invites reflection. All are welcome.

50% of all proceeds from this sound bath will be donated to the Voices Center for Resilience, an organization founded in the aftermath of September 11 that provides long-term support, mental health resources, and resilience programs for survivors, victims' families, responders, and communities impacted by tragedy.

Cost: $35 | Seats: Unlimited | Ages: 11+

*Please bring: water bottle, yoga mat or cushions, blanket, pillow
