REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 18

The Warroad Heritage Center is excited to host its 4th Annual Summer History Camp!

Come explore the many cultures that make up the rich cultural tapestry of the Warroad community. Throughout the camp, students will experience the traditions, history, and everyday life of several cultures represented in our area, including Native American, Scandinavian, Lao/Southeast Asian, and Cuban/Hispanic cultures.

Camp participants will enjoy hands-on activities, storytelling, language learning, music and songs, traditional art projects, games, and cultural foods designed to bring each culture to life in a fun and engaging way. Students will have the opportunity to learn directly from community members and cultural presenters while building appreciation and understanding of the diverse backgrounds that shape Warroad.

Events and activities will take place at a variety of locations throughout the community, with several events being held at RiverPlace.
